Taste of the Grand Strand
While it may be off-season along the Grand Strand, March 24, 2012 will host the 5th annual Taste of the Coast at Barefoot Landing. Between 11am and 4pm, local restaurants will be setting up booths offering samples of some of the best food from the area. Bring the entire family out for not just great food but also some great local entertainment.
Kids are more than happy to keep busy in the Kid Zone riding rides and playing games. Inflatable rides, carnival themed games, balloon art, face painting, pony and camel rides are a few of the favorites on site for children of all ages.
Vendors so far for the 2012 event include Atlantic Bread Company, Bimini’s Oyster Bar, Jimmyz Hibachi, Bully’s Pub & Grill, Cakes by the Sea, Dick’s Last Resort, Flying Fish Public Market & Grill, Greg Norman’s Australian Grille, House of Blues. Joe’s Crab Shack, Johnny Rockets, Maggie Moo’s Ice Cream, The Melting Pot, Midtown Bistro, Rioz Brazilian Steakhouse, River City Café, Salsarita’s Fresh Cantina, Sticky Fingers, T Bonz Gill & Grill, Ultimate California Pizza, Wild Wing Café, and Zulu Lounge.
Taste of the Coast is definitely food and fun for the whole family with all proceeds benefiting the Risen Christ Lutheran School scholarship fund.
